Track the revenue your agents bring in, filter your sales, and understand your numbers.

The Earnings page

The Earnings page is where you see the money your agents bring in. It opens with a quick summary, then lists every sale underneath. The summary cards Four cards give you the headline numbers for the last 30 days: - Revenue: your confirmed earnings from sales through Cloziq checkout, after any partial refunds. - Sales: how many confirmed sales you made. - Close Rate: confirmed sales as a share of every sales agent conversation that reached an ending in the window, whether it sold or not. It is an honest read on how often a real conversation becomes a sale, so expect a realistic number rather than a flattering one. - Refunds: how many sales were fully refunded. These cards always cover a rolling 30-day window, no matter how you filter the table below. The sales list Below the cards is a record of your sales, one row per sale. You can sort it, page through it, and filter it down. See Tracking your sales for what each row shows, and Filtering your earnings to narrow it. Tips - The summary cards and the sales table are independent. The cards are always the last 30 days; the table follows your filters. - A low close rate is a nudge to revisit your agent's flow or your offer, not just your traffic. Tracking your sales

The sales table is the detailed record behind your revenue. Each row is one sale, with everything you need to see where it came from and where the payment stands. What each row shows - Buyer: who bought, with a link straight to their contact profile so you can see the full conversation that led to the sale. - Offer: what they bought, and its type. - Initiative: the initiative that brought them in, if any. - Sales Agent: the agent that handled the sale, if any. - Amount: how much the sale was for. - Transaction Date: when it happened. - Status: where the payment stands. What the statuses mean - Completed: the payment went through and counts toward your revenue. - Pending: the payment has not finished settling yet. Some payment methods take a little while to clear; the sale is only confirmed once the money actually lands. - Refunded: the sale was fully refunded, so it no longer counts toward revenue. - Partially refunded: part of the payment was returned. The remaining amount still counts toward your revenue. - Failed: the payment did not go through. Completed, Pending and Refunded each have their own colour. Partially refunded and Failed share the plain grey styling, so read the label rather than the colour on those two. Find what you need You can sort the table by date, amount, buyer, and offer, and page through it in chunks rather than scrolling endlessly. To zero in on a specific agent, campaign, or time period, use the filters above the table. See Filtering your earnings. Tips - Click a buyer to jump to their full contact profile and the DM conversation behind the sale. It is the fastest way to understand what actually closed the deal. - The Initiative and Sales Agent columns are the quickest way to see which campaigns and which agents are really driving sales, so you know what to do more of. Filtering your earnings

When you want to see the sales behind a specific agent, campaign, or product, the filter bar on the Earnings page narrows the table to exactly that. It is how you answer real questions about what is working. What you can filter by - Buyer: search by buyer name. - Offer: show sales for specific offers. - Initiatives: show sales that came through specific initiatives. - Agents: show sales handled by specific agents. - Channels: show sales from specific connected accounts. - Date range: focus on a window like this week, this month, or a custom span. Combine as many as you like. For example, set an agent plus an initiative plus last month to answer "how much did this agent close from this campaign in May." Questions filters answer fast - Which offer actually sells? Filter by offer and compare. - Is this new initiative paying off? Filter to it and check the last 30 days. - Which agent closes the most? Filter by agent, one at a time. Good to know - The filters apply to the sales table only. The four summary cards at the top always show the last 30 days, no matter how you filter below. So the cards and the table will often show different totals on purpose. - Your filters stick as you move around, so you do not have to set them up again each visit. Tips - Filtering by offer is the quickest gut-check on which products are worth promoting more. Related articles - Tracking your sales - The Earnings page - Understanding your dashboard metrics

Payouts and getting paid

When you sell offers directly through Cloziq, the money runs through Stripe, which is also how it reaches your bank. The Earnings page shows you where that money stands. The payment provider card If Stripe is connected, you see a Payment Provider card with your balances: - Available: money that is ready to pay out. - Processing: money still settling, usually a day or two. Balances are shown in your Stripe account's own currency, so what you see here matches what Stripe will actually pay out. The card also shows which account and bank the payouts go to, with a Manage button that opens your Stripe dashboard, where the actual payout schedule and bank details live. If Stripe isn't connected If you have not connected Stripe yet, this card prompts you to Connect Stripe instead. You will need it connected to sell directly in DMs and to track earnings. See Connect Stripe to get paid for offers. Tips - Payout timing and bank details are handled in Stripe, not Cloziq. Use the Manage button to get there. - These balances only cover sales made through Cloziq checkout. If you send buyers to your own external checkout, that money lives in that system, not here. Understanding your dashboard metrics

Your dashboard shows a few headline numbers. Here is exactly what each one means, so you never have to guess what is being counted. Sales Closed and Calls Booked The income card can show a few views, which you switch with the toggle in its corner: - Sales Closed: your revenue from completed, non-refunded sales. - Calls Booked: how many calls your agents booked, not counting cancellations. - A combined view that shows both side by side. Each shows the last 30 days alongside your lifetime total, so you can see recent momentum and the big picture. The numbers reflect the channel you are currently viewing. Test conversations are not counted. Anything that came from testing your agent is left out of Sales Closed, the same way it is already left out of your other dashboard numbers. If your sales figure dropped slightly and nothing else changed, test purchases no longer being counted is the likely reason, and the new figure is the accurate one. See Test your agent before going live. Why the channel numbers can add up to less than the total. A sale is tied to a channel through the conversation it came from. A handful never can be, usually because there was no conversation behind them or the conversation has since been cleared. Those sales are real and they are in your workspace total, they simply belong to no single channel. So if you add up each channel and land under the workspace figure, nothing is missing. Time Saved The Time Saved card estimates how much time your agents saved you by handling conversations: 2 minutes for every message they sent on your behalf, plus 10 minutes per booked call and 15 minutes per closed sale. Days here are 8-hour workdays, so "1d" means a full day of work you did not have to do, not 24 hours on a clock. It is meant as a rough sense of the load your agents are carrying, not an exact stopwatch. The initiative numbers on your profile card Your profile card also shows three initiative stats, and their names spell out exactly what they count: - Agent Conversations: conversations started by initiatives that use a sales agent. Direct link sends are deliberately not in this number, so it reflects real conversations. - Agent Conversions: how many of those turned into a win. - Agent Conversion Rate: the share of those conversations that converted. These are named "Agent" on purpose, to keep them distinct from Sales Conversations, which is the metered number your plan is billed on. See What counts as a Sales Conversation. Each stat has a little info tooltip on the dashboard confirming its scope, so what you read here always matches what you hover there. Tips - These dashboard numbers are a quick pulse. For sale-by-sale detail, head to the Earnings page; for one automation's performance, open that initiative's metrics. - If you run more than one account, remember the cards reflect the channel you are currently in. Switch channels to see another. Related articles - The Earnings page - A tour of your dashboard - Reading your initiative metrics - Test your agent before going live

Analytics FAQs

Why did my sales number go down when I didn't lose a sale? Sales from testing your agent are no longer counted on your dashboard, the same way they are already left out of your other numbers. If your figure dropped slightly and nothing else changed, that is almost certainly why, and the new figure is the accurate one. Separately, if you add up your per-channel sales and land under the workspace total, nothing is missing. A few sales cannot be tied to any one channel, usually because there was no conversation behind them. See Understanding your dashboard metrics. Why don't my summary cards match the sales table? They are measuring different things. The four summary cards always cover a rolling 30-day window, while the sales table follows whatever filters and date range you set. So the two will often show different totals on purpose. What counts toward Revenue? Confirmed sales made through Cloziq checkout, with partial refunds subtracted. Pending and fully refunded sales do not count toward revenue. A partially refunded sale still counts, minus the refunded portion. How is Close Rate calculated? It is your confirmed sales divided by every sales agent conversation that reached an ending in the last 30 days, including the ones that did not sell. That is what makes it useful: it tells you how often a real conversation turns into a sale, so a number well below 100% is normal and healthy. Where do my payouts go? Through Stripe. The Earnings page shows your available and processing balances, and the Manage button opens Stripe, where your payout schedule and bank details live. See Payouts and getting paid. Do sales from my own external checkout show up here? Cloziq tracks sales made through its own checkout. If you send buyers to an external checkout link instead, that money is handled in that system, so it will not appear in your Cloziq balances. What is "Time Saved" based on? An estimate: about 2 minutes for every message your agent replied to, 10 minutes per call booked, and 15 minutes per sale closed. It is a rough sense of the work your agents took off your plate, not an exact measurement. I deleted some contacts. Did that change my numbers? No, and that is deliberate. A deleted contact's conversations stay in your historical reporting as anonymous records, so your close rate and conversion rate do not jump when you tidy up your list. See Managing contacts and capacity. Related articles - The Earnings page - Payouts and getting paid - Understanding your dashboard metrics
