Cloziq plans explained

Cloziq keeps plans simple. There are three tiers, Standard, Pro, and Elite, plus a custom option for higher volume or special needs. What separates the tiers is mostly two things, and one important thing is the same on every plan. What changes between plans - Sales conversations: each plan includes a set number of AI sales conversations per billing cycle. Higher tiers include more. - Sales agents: each plan allows a certain number of sales agents. These are the limits most people care about, and honestly, most people never bump into them. What's the same on every plan Initiatives are unlimited on every plan. There is no cap on how many you build or run, on any tier. Create as many automations as you want. The free trial You start with a free trial when you pick a plan during setup. It lets you try Cloziq with starter limits, shown on the plan you pick and again on your Billing tab, and you can upgrade any time to unlock your plan's full limits. When the trial ends, Cloziq charges the card you chose and your plan begins; it does not lapse or lock you out. See What happens when your trial ends. The custom option If you have higher volume, or special needs around functionality or pricing, there is a custom tier. Reach out and we will work something out with you. Tips - Plan details can change over time, so the exact numbers live in the app rather than here. Your own plan's allowances are on the Billing tab; the full side-by-side comparison of every tier, with prices and overage rates, is on the plan-selection screen. - If you are unsure which tier fits, start lower. You can upgrade in a couple of clicks when you need more. Managing your subscription

Everything about your plan lives on the Billing tab in Settings. From there you can see exactly where you stand and make any change you need. See your current plan Open Settings, then the Billing tab. The Current Subscription section shows your plan, when it renews, and what it includes, like your contact and sales-conversation limits and how many agents you get. The price shown here is the price you are actually billed, not the list price. If you came in on a launch rate, a discount, or a custom arrangement, this reflects that, so it can differ from what the plan costs a new customer today. A small badge tells you the state of your plan at a glance: - Trial means you are on your free trial, and it shows when your paid subscription begins. - Canceling means you have scheduled a cancellation, and it shows the date access ends. If you do not have a plan yet, this section shows Choose a plan instead, which takes you to plan selection. Upgrading from your trial early On trial and ready to go all in? Click Upgrade now, either on the Billing tab or right from the trial card in the sidebar. Cloziq confirms first, spelling out the plan you are moving to and exactly what you will be charged today, then bills monthly from there. It ends the trial on the spot and unlocks your plan's full limits immediately. If the charge does not go through for some reason, nothing changes: you simply stay on your trial. This is also what unlocks overages, which are not available during the trial. If a discount was scheduled to apply to your subscription, upgrading early keeps it. You are not giving anything up by not waiting for the trial to run out. See What happens when your trial ends. Change or cancel your plan To upgrade tiers, downgrade, update your card, or cancel, click Manage Subscription. This opens your secure billing portal, run by our payments provider, Dodo Payments, where all billing changes happen. - Upgrades take effect right away, so you get your higher limits immediately. - Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel, you keep full access until then, and your plan simply does not renew. Where your invoices and card live Your payment method, billing history, and invoices all live in the billing portal. Reach them any time through Manage Subscription. Cloziq does not store your card details itself; your payments provider handles that securely. If a payment ever fails If your card is declined at signup or renewal, do not worry about getting stuck: fix the card or pick a plan again, and checkout picks up cleanly. If anything ever looks wedged, reach out from the chat in your dashboard and we will straighten it out. Tips - If you are regularly close to your limits, compare the next tier here before reaching for overages. Upgrading is often the better value. See Reaching your limit and overages. - Cancelling does not delete your account or data. It just stops the plan from renewing. What happens when your trial ends

Your trial does not quietly expire and leave you locked out. It ends by becoming the plan you picked at signup. What happens on the last day Cloziq charges the card you chose during setup, and your subscription switches from trial to active. Your plan's full limits unlock at that moment: more sales conversations, more contact capacity, and the sales agents your tier allows. Nothing you built goes anywhere. Your offers, agents, initiatives, contacts and conversation history all carry straight over. Live conversations keep running through the switch. Your Billing tab shows the exact date this will happen, as "Subscription begins on" with the date, so it is never a surprise. If the payment does not go through Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Update your payment method from the Billing tab and try again. See Managing your subscription. If you do not want to continue Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. You can do that yourself from the Billing tab, through the billing portal. See Managing your subscription. If you want your account and data removed entirely rather than just cancelled, cancel first, then see Deleting your account or data. Ending it early on purpose If the trial is clearly working and you would rather have your full limits now, Upgrade now on the Billing tab starts your paid plan immediately. Your card is charged there and then and the limits unlock on the spot. If the charge fails, you simply stay on your trial and can try again. Any discount that was scheduled to apply to your subscription still applies when you upgrade early, so there is no penalty for not waiting. What is different during the trial Two things, both of which go away when your plan starts: - Trial limits are smaller than your plan's limits. They are shown when you pick your plan and on your Billing tab. - Overages are not available. You cannot run past your trial limits by paying for the extra; that only unlocks on a paid plan. Hitting the trial limits is usually the sign the plan will pay for itself. See Reaching your limit and overages. Tips - If you are close to your trial's conversation limit with days still to run, upgrading early costs you nothing extra and stops your initiatives auto-pausing. - Check the Billing tab in your first week so you know your renewal date rather than guessing it. Understanding usage and limits

Your Billing tab has a Usage & Limits section that shows how much of your plan you have used this cycle. Two things are worth watching, and both also appear on your dashboard's Account Health cards, always showing the same numbers. Sales conversations The main thing your plan meters is sales conversations, the real conversations your agents have with prospects. The meter shows how many you have used out of your plan's limit and when it resets. The counting is on your side: a conversation is only counted when a prospect actually starts talking with your agent, never for openings that went untapped, and your own Test Agent chats are always free. The full rules are in What counts as a Sales Conversation. Contact capacity You also have a contact capacity, the number of contacts your workspace can store. It has its own meter, and Cloziq warns you as you approach it, with a notification as you near the limit if you have capacity alerts on. Only real prospects count; test contacts never do, and a contact you delete stops counting straight away. See Managing contacts and capacity. There is an Upgrade Storage button on that meter, but it is not switched on yet and shows a "Coming soon" note when you hover it. For now, more room means moving to a plan with a bigger capacity, or clearing out contacts you no longer need. Wherever you see these numbers, on the Contacts page, the dashboard, or here, they always agree, because they are counted the same way everywhere. Tips - The usage section reflects your current billing cycle and resets each period. There is a refresh control if you want the very latest read mid-campaign. - If you are regularly close to your sales-conversation limit, it is usually a sign to look at a higher tier, or to turn on overages so you never get interrupted. See Reaching your limit and overages. Related articles - What counts as a Sales Conversation - Reaching your limit and overages - Managing contacts and capacity

What counts as a Sales Conversation

Your plan includes a set number of sales conversations per billing cycle, so it is fair to ask: what exactly counts as one? The short answer: you are charged when a real conversation actually starts, not before. When a conversation counts One sales conversation is counted when a prospect genuinely begins talking with your agent: - For comment, story, and ad triggers, that is when the prospect taps the opt-in button in your opt-in message. - For DM triggers with no opening step, that is when their message starts the conversation and the agent engages. Until that moment, nothing is counted. A thousand people can comment on your reel and receive your opt-in message, and your usage meter does not move until someone taps in. What never counts - Openings that were never tapped. If someone comments, gets your DM, and wanders off without tapping, that costs you nothing. - Re-triggers. If the same person triggers your initiative three times before finally tapping, that still counts as one conversation, not three. Openings that got replaced along the way are free. - Test Agent chats. Practice conversations with your own agent are always free and invisible to your usage. - Direct Conversion sends. Initiatives that just deliver a tracked link, with no agent conversation, are not metered as sales conversations. One conversation, start to finish Once a conversation is counted, everything inside it is included: every reply, question, objection, booking, and checkout, all the way to the ending. There is no per-message math; a two-minute chat and a two-day negotiation each count as one. Where to watch your usage The Usage & Limits section in Settings → Billing (and the Account Health card on your dashboard, which shows the same number) tracks how many conversations you have used this cycle and when the meter resets. If you are getting close to your limit, see Reaching your limit and overages for how to keep running without interruption. Reaching your limit and overages

Most people never use up their sales conversations in a cycle. But if you do, here is exactly what happens and how to avoid any interruption. If you reach your limit The moment you use your last included conversation, three things happen: 1. You get a notification telling you the limit is reached, with a link to upgrade. 2. Your active initiatives pause automatically, showing a Paused badge whose info icon reads "Paused: Sales conversation limit reached", so you can see at a glance why they stopped. 3. New conversations quietly do not start. Someone who comments after the limit is reached will not be picked up. Conversations already in progress are never cut off; they run to their natural finish. Everything resumes when your usage resets at the next billing cycle, when you upgrade, or when overages kick in. After an upgrade or reset, resume your paused initiatives from the Initiatives page. Staying on with overages If you would rather never be interrupted, open Edit Overage Settings on the Billing tab and turn on Allow Overages. With overages on, conversations beyond your plan keep working, billed at a per-conversation rate, up to a Monthly Spend Cap you set. You pick the cap from a few presets or type your own, so the worst-case bill is always a number you chose. The same panel shows which card will be charged. To see the per-conversation rate itself, look at the plan cards on the plan-selection screen, where every tier is listed side by side with its overage rates. The Billing tab shows your own plan's allowances rather than the rate card. While overages are running, a Real-Time Billing panel appears with three figures: your current overage this cycle, how much room is left before your cap, and your current balance. If your account is holding a credit balance, that shows on the overage card too. Credit can only be spent on overages, so if you have a balance while overages are switched off, the card tells you to turn them on to use it. A note on trials Overages become available once you upgrade from your free trial, so they are not part of the trial itself. If you hit the trial's limits, that is usually your sign the paid plan will pay for itself; Upgrade now on the Billing tab unlocks full limits on the spot. Tips - If you never want to be interrupted, turn on overages and set a cap you are comfortable with. Think of the cap as your monthly "surprise ceiling." - If you are hitting your limit often, upgrading a tier is usually cheaper than steady overages. Compare the tiers on the plan-selection screen, where the rates are spelled out. - Keep the Sales Conversation Limit Alerts notification category on, so the warning reaches you before the pause does.
