Cloziq keeps plans simple. There are three tiers, Standard, Pro, and Elite, plus a custom option for higher volume or special needs. What separates the tiers is mostly two things, and one important thing is the same on every plan.
What changes between plans
- Sales conversations: each plan includes a set number of AI sales conversations per billing cycle. Higher tiers include more.
- Sales agents: each plan allows a certain number of sales agents.
These are the limits most people care about, and honestly, most people never bump into them.
What's the same on every plan
Initiatives are unlimited on every plan. There is no cap on how many you build or run, on any tier. Create as many automations as you want.
The free trial
You start with a free trial when you pick a plan during setup. It lets you try Cloziq with starter limits, shown on the plan you pick and again on your Billing tab, and you can upgrade any time to unlock your plan's full limits.
When the trial ends, Cloziq charges the card you chose and your plan begins; it does not lapse or lock you out. See What happens when your trial ends.
The custom option
If you have higher volume, or special needs around functionality or pricing, there is a custom tier. Reach out and we will work something out with you.
Tips
- Plan details can change over time, so the exact numbers live in the app rather than here. Your own plan's allowances are on the Billing tab; the full side-by-side comparison of every tier, with prices and overage rates, is on the plan-selection screen.
- If you are unsure which tier fits, start lower. You can upgrade in a couple of clicks when you need more.
