Before anything goes live, check your work. The Payment & Delivery step gives you previews of the buyer experience, and publishing runs a final check on everything.
Preview the buyer experience
For offers delivered through Cloziq, you get two previews:
- The post-purchase email, exactly as your buyer will receive it, with your wording and their download link.
- The download page, complete with your business branding: your logo, business name, and colors pulled from your business identity.
Use them to check the things buyers actually notice: the offer name reads clearly, your files are all there with sensible names, and the page looks like you rather than a generic template. If the branding looks plain or wrong, the fix is almost always in Settings → Business Identity, not the offer itself.
Publish
When you are happy, hit Publish. Cloziq finalizes the offer and runs a last check across every step. If something is off, you get the actual list of problems and a jump to the step that needs fixing, so there is no guessing. Once it passes, the offer's status changes to Active.
An active offer is ready to put to work: attach it to a Sales Agent so the agent knows what to pitch, and use it in an initiative so prospects get pulled toward it. Until an offer is published, it stays a draft and cannot be used in a live flow.
You can still make changes
Publishing does not lock you out. Edit any time; the editor shows the same five sections as tabs. One thing to know: once an offer is in use by agents or initiatives, saving publishes a new version and updates everything connected to it. Cloziq shows a heads-up so it never happens by surprise. Conversations already in flight keep the version they started with.
Tips
- Always click through the previews before your first sale. It is the fastest way to catch a missing file or an email that reads awkwardly.
- If your download page looks bare, set your business identity first. That one step turns a plain page into a branded one.
