Right after you sign up, Cloziq walks you through a short setup. It is four quick steps, and you can stop and come back later. Cloziq remembers where you left off and drops you back at the right step.
The four steps

1. Goals
Tell Cloziq what you want to get out of it, under What are your goals? Pick any that apply: Book Calls from DMs (Replace Setter), Automatically Qualify Inbound Leads, Close Sales Directly in DMs, or Capture and Organize Lead Data.
Below that, How many leads do you get per month? with bands running from 0-100 up through 5,000+.
Both are required. You need at least one goal and a lead volume before you can continue, so this is not a step to click past.
2. Connect
Link your Instagram account. This is the important one, and you need at least one account connected to continue. If you plan to run ad-based automations, you can also connect Facebook here. For the full details, see Connect your Instagram account.
3. Profile
Add your name and tell us what you do (for example, fitness coach, nutrition coach, creator, consultant, or something else you type in). There is an optional phone number field here too, with a country-code picker and a short note underneath explaining what texting you would mean; you can leave it blank and add it later in Settings → Profile. Cloziq picks up your timezone automatically, so your scheduling and reporting line up with your day.
4. Start your free trial
Choose a plan and start your free trial. Plans mainly differ by how many sales conversations and sales agents you get. Initiatives are unlimited on every plan. Most people never bump into the limits, and if you have higher volume or special needs, there is a custom option. You can dig into the details later in Cloziq plans explained.
After setup
Once you finish, you land in your dashboard, ready to build your first offer, agent, and initiative.
Because your workspace is still empty, Done for You Setup opens once on its own. It builds a draft offer and a draft sales agent from your own web pages in a couple of minutes, and it is the fastest way to get something real on the screen. Close it if you would rather build by hand; it stays available at the top of your Action Items. See Done for You Setup, or The 15-minute first launch for the manual path.
Tips
- Setup is resumable. If you close the tab at the Profile step, you come back to the Profile step.
- The progress bar counts the first three steps, so it reads as three even though picking a plan follows.
- Goals and connecting an account both have to be done. Only the phone number on the Profile step is genuinely optional.
