Do I need Stripe and Calendly both?
Only the ones that fit how you sell. Stripe is for taking payments on offers. Calendly is for agents that book calls. If you only close sales, you may never need Calendly, and the other way around.
Why is Cloziq asking me to reconnect Calendly?
A reconnect means a permission needs refreshing, usually so booking links, in-chat booking, and event sync keep working. It takes a few seconds and does not change your setup.
I changed my Calendly event types and Cloziq hasn't caught up
Use Resync Event Types in the Calendar Booking section to pull in the latest. See Connect Calendly for bookings.
Why won't my offer let me sell directly in DMs?
The direct-sale option needs three things: Stripe connected, your Stripe account ready to take payments (if it is not, Cloziq shows an Action needed note telling you what to fix, like a missing business name), and a support email on your business identity. Set all three and it unlocks.
Is the Meta Conversions API available?
Yes. Open Settings, go to Integrations, and find Meta Conversions API in the Third-Party Services section. You connect a dataset from Meta Events Manager, choose which of your channels feed it, and pick which events to send. Note that events are sent only for conversations that started from one of your ads. See Meta Conversions API.
Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT to Cloziq?
Yes. You can connect an AI assistant to your workspace and then ask it to look things up or build offers and sales agents for you. It works on your real workspace, and you approve the connection with your Cloziq login. See Connect an AI assistant to your workspace.
What happens to my data if I disconnect?
Disconnecting stops the connection but does not erase your past records. Your earlier sales and contacts stay. For Calendly specifically, disconnecting pauses the agents and initiatives that depended on it, which you can restore by reconnecting.
