Your dashboard is the home base you land on every time you log in. It gives you a quick read on how things are going and points you to your next move. Here is what each part is for.

The sections

Your profile card A snapshot of the connected account you are currently working in, with its follower count and bio, so you always know which channel you are looking at.

Your results so far The summary row is your quick "is it working" view. One card shows your wins, and it follows what your agents are set up to do: Sales Closed for close-sale agents, Calls Booked for booking agents, and both side by side if you run a mix. Sales Closed counts sales that went through a Cloziq checkout, so anything you sold elsewhere will not appear there. The other card shows Time Saved, an estimate of the hours your agents handled for you. Hover the little info icon for exactly how it is calculated: booked calls count for about 10 minutes each and closed sales about 15, over the last 30 days, with a lifetime view too.

Active initiatives A list of the initiatives currently live. Drafts and paused initiatives do not show here, so this view is only the automations actually running right now.

Action items Your guided to-do list, in two groups.

Setup holds two ways to get your first offer and agent built. At the top, Done for You Setup builds drafts of both from your own web pages in about two minutes. Below it, Classic Setup opens the do-it-yourself checklist. Done for You Setup never retires, since it is useful every time you launch something new; Classic Setup retires itself once you have an offer, an agent, and an initiative.

Guided tours holds three short tours for offers, sales agents, and initiatives. Each walks you through the real builder with narration. Once you have taken one, its button changes to Retake Tour.

You can also archive items you have handled, and archived ones stay reachable.

Account health Two live meters: your Sales Conversations used against your plan, and your Contact Capacity. These are the same numbers you will find in Settings → Billing, so nothing here will ever disagree with your bill.

Finding everything else

The sidebar on the left is how you move around the rest of Cloziq. It is grouped so related things sit together:

  • Revenue Engine: Dashboard, Offers, Sales Agents, Initiatives
  • Pipeline: Contacts
  • Outcomes: Earnings
  • Systems: Settings, Help & Support

If you ever connect more than one account, you switch between them from the workspace area in the sidebar.

Where to go next

If you have not launched yet, the fastest path is The 15-minute first launch. If you want to make Cloziq look like your brand on customer-facing pages, head to Set your business identity.
