Connect the outside tools Cloziq works with: Stripe for payments and Calendly for bookings.

Connect Stripe to get paid for offers

Stripe is how Cloziq takes payments. Connecting it lets your agents send payment links right in the DMs, complete sales, and lets you track your earnings. You only need to do this once. Connect Stripe 1. Open Settings from the sidebar and go to the Integrations tab. 2. In the Payment Providers section, click Connect on Stripe. 3. You are taken to Stripe to log in or create an account and approve the connection. 4. When you come back, the section shows Connected, along with the account you linked. If you see "Action needed" Connected is not always the same as ready. If your Stripe account is missing something it needs to actually charge customers, Cloziq shows an amber Action needed note on the Stripe card, and the same warning appears on any offer trying to sell directly in DMs. The two usual causes: - No business name in Stripe. Add one in your Stripe dashboard under Settings, then Business details. Your buyers see this name at checkout, so Stripe requires it. - Stripe onboarding unfinished. Complete Stripe's own setup steps so your account can accept payments. Fix the item it names and the warning clears on its own. Until then, Cloziq will not let an offer go live with DM sales turned on, because a checkout that cannot charge would just strand your buyers. What you need it for - Selling offers in DMs: the direct-sale option on an offer needs Stripe connected and ready. See Delivery and getting paid. - Tracking earnings and payouts: your balances and payout details come from Stripe. See Payouts and getting paid. If you connect more than one Stripe account This works, but there was a bug worth knowing about if you were affected: before 26 July 2026, a completed sale on one connected account could be claimed by another connection and dropped entirely, with no sale recorded, no delivery email, and no confirmation DM. It is fixed. If you saw missing sales before that date, contact us from the chat with the Stripe payment reference and we will get them recorded. Tips - You also need a support email set on your business identity to sell directly in DMs. See Set your business identity. - Payout timing and bank details live in your Stripe account, not in Cloziq. - Discount codes are handled by Stripe too: create a promotion code there and buyers can apply it at any Cloziq checkout. Connect Calendly for bookings

If you have agents whose goal is to book calls, connecting Calendly lets contacts schedule directly from the conversation. It also unlocks in-chat booking, where a prospect can pick a time without ever leaving the DMs. Connect Calendly 1. Open Settings from the sidebar and go to the Integrations tab. 2. In the Calendar Booking section, click Connect. 3. Log in to Calendly and approve the connection. 4. When you return, the section shows Connected with the account you linked. Once connected, you can choose Calendly as the booking method when you set up a Book Call agent. See Building your sales flow. A note on in-chat booking In-chat booking, where the prospect picks a time inside the DM, uses your Calendly account's scheduling access. Connect the same Calendly login that owns your paid Calendly plan, since that is the account with the access in-chat booking needs. Keep your event types in sync Cloziq uses your Calendly event types to offer the right call options in your Book Call agents. If you add, rename, or remove event types in Calendly, give Cloziq a nudge to pick up the changes: 1. In the Calendar Booking section, click Resync Event Types. 2. Cloziq pulls in the latest list and shows you what changed. A couple of things to know about syncing: - You can resync about once a minute. If you click again too soon, Cloziq asks you to wait a moment. - If you removed an event type that an agent was using, resyncing tells you which agents are affected. An agent that lost its booking option may need a quick edit before it can go live again. Resync right after you make changes in Calendly, so your agents always offer the current options. If Cloziq asks you to reconnect If you ever see a prompt to Reconnect Calendly, it means a permission lapsed and needs refreshing. Booking links, in-chat booking, and event sync all depend on it. Reconnecting takes a few seconds and keeps everything working. If bookings are not syncing back You may see a warning next to a perfectly working connection saying Cloziq could not subscribe to booking notifications. This is not something reconnecting will fix, so the card does not ask you to. It means your Calendly plan does not allow the notifications Cloziq needs to hear about bookings automatically. Calendly limits that to their paid plans (Standard or above) on accounts with an organization. Everything else still works, prospects can still book, but a call booked on Calendly will not flow back into Cloziq on its own. Upgrading your Calendly plan and reconnecting turns syncing on. Tips - Calendly is only needed for agents that book calls. Agents that close sales do not need it. - After any change to your Calendly availability or event types, a quick resync keeps your agents accurate. Connect an AI assistant to your workspace

You can connect an AI assistant to your Cloziq workspace and then just talk to it. Ask it what your top offer looks like, have it draft a new one from your website, or have it build a sales agent and check whether the agent is ready to publish. It works on your real workspace, so what it builds is what you see in Cloziq. This is for people who would rather describe what they want than click through a builder. Everything it can do, you can still do yourself in the app. Connect it The connection address is: https://mcp.cloziq.com/mcp In Claude, open Settings, go to Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and paste that address. Other assistants that support custom connections work the same way. You add a connection, paste the address, and follow their prompts. ChatGPT exposes this under its developer settings, and editors like Cursor and VS Code have their own install flow. The first time you connect, Cloziq asks you to sign in and approve the connection. Sign in with the same account you use for Cloziq, and approve. That is the whole setup. If your account has more than one workspace, tell the assistant which one you mean and it will work there. What it can do Look things up. Your offers and their full details, your sales agents and how they are configured, your lead fields, your contacts, a specific conversation, your initiatives, and your dashboard and initiative metrics. Build and change things. Create and update offers, create and update sales agents including the sales flow, guardrails, and automation settings, add or remove lead fields, and publish or unpublish an agent. It can also run a test conversation against an agent before you take it live. Draft from your material. Give it your website, a document, a call transcript, or just good answers to its questions, and it can draft a complete offer, then draft a sales agent to sell it. This is the same drafting that powers Done for You Setup, so the same daily allowance applies. See Done for You Setup. Before it publishes an agent, it can check the agent against the same publish rules the builder uses, so you find out what is missing before you go live rather than after. Good things to ask it - "Read my top offer and tell me what a buyer would still be unsure about." - "Draft an offer from this page, then build an agent that books calls for it." - "Show me the conversation with the contact who booked yesterday." - "Is my new agent ready to publish? What is missing?" Things worth knowing - It only reaches the workspace you approved. It cannot see anyone else's. - Some actions are permanent, like deleting an offer or a lead field. Unpublishing an agent also pauses the initiatives that were using it. Ask it to show you the change before it makes it if you want a look first. - A published agent cannot be edited in place. If you ask for a change to a live agent, unpublish it first, make the change, then publish again. See Publish, pause, and edit agents. - Drafting an offer or an agent uses your daily drafting allowance, the same pool as Done for You Setup. Disconnect it Remove the connection from the assistant's own settings, in the same place you added it. That cuts its access immediately. Nothing in your Cloziq workspace changes; anything it already built stays exactly as it is. Meta Conversions API

If you run ads that send people into your DMs, Meta only sees the click. It does not see that the conversation qualified, booked a call, or ended in a sale. The Meta Conversions API sends those outcomes back, so your ad reporting reflects what actually happened. Once it is connected, Meta can optimize toward the ads that produce customers instead of the ads that produce clicks. Before you start You need a dataset in Meta Events Manager with a Conversions API access token, and the Instagram account you use in Cloziq has to be connected to that dataset as a messaging data source. Cloziq sends the events; Events Manager is where the dataset lives. Connect a dataset 1. Open Settings from the sidebar and go to the Integrations tab. 2. Find Meta Conversions API in the Third-Party Services section and open it. 3. Click Add Connection. 4. Paste your Dataset ID and your Access Token. Cloziq checks both with Meta when you save, so a bad token is caught right away instead of failing quietly later. 5. Give it a Connection Name if you want one. It is optional, and it helps when you run more than one dataset. Choose which channels feed it Under Channels, tick the Instagram accounts whose conversations should send events to this dataset. Each channel can only feed one dataset. If a channel is already mapped somewhere else, Cloziq tells you which connection has it rather than letting you split the same traffic two ways. Choose which events to send Under Events To Send, pick what Meta hears about: - Qualified Lead when a conversation passes qualification. - Call Booked when a prospect books a call. - Purchase when a prospect completes checkout, with the sale amount attached. Purchase is off by default. Turn it on deliberately, because it is the one that sends money amounts to Meta. One thing worth being clear about: events are sent only for conversations that started from one of your ads. A prospect who found you organically and bought is a real sale, but it is not an ad conversion, so it is not reported here. Your Earnings page is still the place to see every sale. Send a test event Once a connection is saved, open it again with Edit and you will find Send A Test Event. 1. Copy the code from the Test Events tab in Meta Events Manager. 2. Paste it into Test Event Code. The code is required, so your test lands in Test Events instead of mixing into your live data. 3. Click Send Test Event, then check the Test Events tab in Events Manager. Seeing the event arrive there is the confirmation that the whole path is wired correctly. Manage a connection Each connection shows its state at a glance: - Connected means events are flowing. - Paused means you stopped it with Pause. Nothing sends until you click Resume. This is the one to use when you want to stop reporting for a while without taking the setup apart. - Action needed means Meta rejected the credentials, usually an expired or revoked token. Open the connection with Edit and paste a fresh token into New Access Token. Delete removes the connection and stops sending events for its mapped channels. Your dataset in Events Manager is untouched, so deleting here never costs you data on Meta's side. Tips - Set it up once per dataset, not once per campaign. Cloziq maps channels, not ads. - If your ad reporting looks empty right after connecting, check that the conversations you expect actually started from an ad. That is the single most common reason nothing shows up. - Running ads but not connected yet? Ad triggers already turn ad engagement into conversations. See Using ad triggers. Disconnecting an integration

You can disconnect an integration any time from Settings under Integrations. Each one behaves a little differently, so here is what to expect. Disconnecting Stripe In the Payment Providers section, click Disconnect. Cloziq confirms with a quick message once it is done. Without Stripe connected, your agents cannot take payments in DMs and your earnings will not update, so only disconnect it if you really mean to. Disconnecting Calendly In the Calendar Booking section, click Disconnect. Because Calendly powers your Book Call agents, Cloziq shows you the impact before you confirm: it will unpublish agents that rely on Calendly for booking and pause the initiatives that use them. Ongoing conversations finish. Confirm with Disconnect Calendly. You can reconnect later, or switch those agents to another booking method to bring them back live. Removing a Meta Conversions API connection In the Third-Party Services section, open Meta Conversions API. Each connection has two options. Pause stops sending events but keeps the whole setup, including your dataset, channels, and event choices. Use this when you want to stop reporting for a while. Resume turns it back on. Delete removes the connection entirely and stops sending events for the channels it covered. Your dataset in Meta Events Manager is not affected, so nothing is lost on Meta's side. Removing an AI assistant An AI assistant connection is removed from the assistant's own settings, not from Cloziq. Delete the connection there and its access ends immediately. Anything it already built for you stays in your workspace. See Connect an AI assistant to your workspace. Tips - Disconnecting is reversible. You can reconnect any of these whenever you want. - If you only need to refresh a connection rather than remove it, look for Reconnect instead. - For Meta Conversions API, reach for Pause before Delete. It is the one that lets you pick up exactly where you left off. Integrations FAQs and troubleshooting

Do I need Stripe and Calendly both? Only the ones that fit how you sell. Stripe is for taking payments on offers. Calendly is for agents that book calls. If you only close sales, you may never need Calendly, and the other way around. Why is Cloziq asking me to reconnect Calendly? A reconnect means a permission needs refreshing, usually so booking links, in-chat booking, and event sync keep working. It takes a few seconds and does not change your setup. I changed my Calendly event types and Cloziq hasn't caught up Use Resync Event Types in the Calendar Booking section to pull in the latest. See Connect Calendly for bookings. Why won't my offer let me sell directly in DMs? The direct-sale option needs three things: Stripe connected, your Stripe account ready to take payments (if it is not, Cloziq shows an Action needed note telling you what to fix, like a missing business name), and a support email on your business identity. Set all three and it unlocks. Is the Meta Conversions API available? Yes. Open Settings, go to Integrations, and find Meta Conversions API in the Third-Party Services section. You connect a dataset from Meta Events Manager, choose which of your channels feed it, and pick which events to send. Note that events are sent only for conversations that started from one of your ads. See Meta Conversions API. Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT to Cloziq? Yes. You can connect an AI assistant to your workspace and then ask it to look things up or build offers and sales agents for you. It works on your real workspace, and you approve the connection with your Cloziq login. See Connect an AI assistant to your workspace. What happens to my data if I disconnect? Disconnecting stops the connection but does not erase your past records. Your earlier sales and contacts stay. For Calendly specifically, disconnecting pauses the agents and initiatives that depended on it, which you can restore by reconnecting.
