An initiative is the automation that decides when a conversation starts and what happens once it does. It connects a trigger, like someone commenting on your reel, to an outcome, like one of your sales agents stepping in.

Think of it as the wiring between your audience and your agents. Your agents know how to talk; your initiatives decide who they talk to and when.

What an initiative connects

Every initiative has two ends:

  • A trigger: the action that kicks it off, such as a comment, a DM keyword, a story reply, or an interaction with an ad.
  • An outcome: what happens next, either handing the prospect to a Sales Agent, or sending them straight to your offer with a Direct Conversion.

The list view

Your Initiatives page lists everything you have built, each with a status of Active, Paused, or Draft, along with a quick summary of its trigger and results. You can search, filter by type (Sales Agent or Direct Conversion) or status, and pause, resume, duplicate, or delete from each row. Initiatives are unlimited on every plan, so build as many as you need.

The Goal column tells you what this initiative is actually working toward, taken from the agent attached to it: Close Sales shows how many sales closed, Book Calls shows how many calls were booked. Direct conversions report on the sale, and initiatives sending people to an external link report Link Clicks. If you have not finished wiring one up yet, it reads Not configured.

To start a new one, click Initiatives in the sidebar, then use the Build Initiative button and pick your trigger right from its menu; that drops you straight into the builder.
