Every agent keeps a list of the prospects it has talked to. The leads page is the quickest way to see how one specific agent is doing without sifting through your whole contact list.

Open an agent's leads

From an agent, open its leads view (also reachable as View All Leads from the agent's card menu). You will see the prospects that agent has handled, with recent activity refreshing live while you watch.

Filter the list

You can narrow the list with:

  • Search: find someone by name or handle.
  • Version: each time you republish an agent, that creates a new version. Filter to the latest version to judge your most recent edits on their own, or to an older one to compare.

The columns follow the version

Alongside the standard columns, the table shows one column per piece of lead info that version actually captured, in the order the flow asked for it. So a version that asked about budget, timeline and goal gives you those three columns, filled in.

This means the columns change when you change versions, and that is the point: you are seeing what each version really asked. If you removed a question in your latest edit, its column is gone from the latest version and still there on the older one. Nothing is lost; you just have to be on the right version to see it.

  • Channel: if you have more than one account connected, filter to one channel.
  • Status: show only leads at a certain stage, like Qualified or Call Booked.
  • Date range: focus on this week, this month, or a custom span.

Tips

  • This page is agent-specific. To see every contact across all your agents and initiatives, use Contacts in the sidebar.
  • Filtering by status is a fast way to find, say, everyone an agent qualified who has not bought yet.
  • Comparing two versions is most useful on two things at once: the same statuses side by side, and the questions each version asked. A version that qualified more people while asking fewer questions is the one to keep.
  • The version filter is the honest way to answer "did my last edit help?": compare the same statuses across the two versions.
