A quick reference for the words that come up most in Cloziq. Skim it once and the rest of the app reads a lot easier.

Channel A connected social account, usually your Instagram. It is how Cloziq reads and replies to your messages. You can connect more than one channel to a single workspace.

Workspace Your Cloziq account space, where your channels, agents, offers, and contacts all live. If you switch between connected accounts, you are switching the active channel inside your workspace.

Sales Agent The AI assistant you design to handle conversations. You give it a personality, a goal, and a sales flow, and it talks to prospects for you.

Offer The thing you sell or give away, like a program, a digital download, or a free guide. You attach an offer to an agent so it knows what to pitch, and the FAQs you write on it become the agent's product knowledge.

Initiative An automation that decides when an agent jumps in. An initiative connects a trigger (like a comment or a DM) to an outcome, so the right conversation starts at the right moment. Initiatives are unlimited on every plan.

Trigger The event that kicks off an initiative: someone commenting on a post, replying to a story, sending a DM with a certain keyword, or interacting with an ad.

Classic Setup The do-it-yourself checklist on your dashboard: create an offer, build a sales agent, launch an initiative. It retires itself once all three exist.

Done for You Setup The dashboard tool that writes a draft offer and a draft sales agent for you, from your own web pages and documents, in about two minutes. Everything it produces is a draft until you publish it.

Opt-In Message The first DM a prospect receives after they trigger an initiative, with a single button under it. Tapping that button is the opt-in that lets the rest of the initiative reach them, and it is the moment a sales conversation actually starts. Not to be confused with the agent's own opening message below.

Sales Flow The conversation you design for an agent: the agent's opening message, the qualification steps it asks, and the goal it works toward.

Guardrails The rules that keep your agent on-brand: things it must never say, how it should carry itself, and when to walk away from a prospect.

Direct Conversion An initiative that skips the agent and sends the prospect straight to your offer with a tracked link. Fast, simple, and measured.

Contact A person who has entered one of your conversations. Every contact shows up in your Contacts inbox with their history and where they are in your pipeline.

Lead status Where a contact sits in your sales process, like Active Conversation, Qualified, Call Booked, or Customer. Cloziq updates it automatically as the conversation moves along. The full list is in Understanding lead statuses.

Needs Human Intervention The lead status that means your agent stepped back and is waiting for you. It is the first thing to check each day.

Sales Conversation A real conversation between one of your agents and a prospect. Your plan includes a set number of these each month, and they are only counted when a conversation actually starts. See What counts as a Sales Conversation.

Test Agent The practice chat where you talk to your own agent before it goes live. Free, unlimited by your plan, and invisible to your real metrics.

Earnings The sales your agents bring in, tracked in the Earnings section so you can see revenue by agent, initiative, or offer.
