Welcome to Cloziq
Cloziq is an AI sales agent for Instagram. It turns your DMs and comments into booked calls and sales, working around the clock so you are not stuck answering the same messages at midnight. When someone comments on a post, replies to a story, or sends you a message, Cloziq can step in, talk to them like a sharp assistant would, answer their questions, and guide them toward buying or booking. You stay in control the whole time. You decide what your agent says, who it talks to, and what counts as a win. Cloziq handles the back-and-forth. Who Cloziq is for Cloziq is built for coaches, creators, and small business owners who get more DMs than they can keep up with. If you have ever lost a sale because you replied a day too late, this is for you. Here is the example we use throughout these guides. Say you are a fitness coach. You post a reel about a 6-week shred program, and the comments fill up with "price?" and "how do I start?". Answering each one by hand takes hours, and some of those people drift off before you get to them. Cloziq replies in seconds, qualifies who is serious, and sends them your offer or a link to book a call. How the pieces fit together Cloziq has a handful of building blocks. Once you see how they connect, the whole app clicks. - Channels are the Instagram accounts you connect. This is how Cloziq reads and replies to your DMs and comments. - Sales Agents are the AI assistants you design. You give an agent a personality, a goal, and a set of questions to ask, and it runs your conversations. - Offers are the things you sell or give away, like a program, a digital download, or a free guide. You attach an offer to an agent so it knows what to pitch. - Initiatives are the automations that decide when an agent jumps in. For example, "when someone comments on this reel, send them a DM and start the conversation." - Contacts is your inbox. Every person who talks to an agent shows up here, with their full history and where they are in your pipeline. - Earnings is where you track the sales your agents bring in. You do not set all of this up at once. Most people connect Instagram, create one offer, build one agent, point one initiative at a post, and grow from there. If you would rather not start from a blank page, Done for You Setup on your dashboard drafts the offer and the agent for you from your own web pages. What makes Cloziq different from a chatbot A basic chatbot follows a rigid script and answers FAQs. A Cloziq sales agent runs an actual sales conversation: it reads what the prospect says, qualifies them against your offer, handles objections, and pushes toward a real outcome like a booked call or a completed purchase. You give it the goal and the guardrails; it handles the nuance. What to do next Your first job is to create your account and connect your Instagram. From there you can have your first automated conversation running in about 15 minutes. Start with The 15-minute first launch for the fast path, Done for You Setup if you want Cloziq to draft the first version for you, or Connect your Instagram account if you want to take the connection step first. Create your account and sign in
Getting into Cloziq takes about a minute. There is one screen for both signing up and signing in, titled Login or Sign Up, so the steps are the same whether this is your first time or your hundredth. Before you start You just need an email address you can check, or a Google account you want to log in with. Sign up or log in 1. Go to the Cloziq login page. 2. Choose how you want to continue: - Email: type your email and click Continue with email. Cloziq sends a verification code to your inbox. Enter that code on the next screen to finish. - Google: click Continue with Google and choose your Google account. 3. If you are brand new, Cloziq takes you straight into a short setup so you can get your first conversation running. If you are returning, you land back in your dashboard. What to expect after you sign in A new account goes into onboarding, a quick four-step setup that gets you connected and ready: your goals, connecting Instagram, your profile, and picking a plan. The progress bar counts the first three. See Complete your onboarding. A returning account goes straight to the dashboard. If your code doesn't arrive The email code usually lands within a minute. If it does not: - Check your spam or promotions folder. - Make sure you typed the email correctly, then request a new code. - If you use Google for this email, try Continue with Google instead. Tips - The same screen handles new and existing accounts, so there is no separate "sign up" link to hunt for. Use the same method each time and you will always land in the right place. - Signing in is separate from connecting your Instagram for DM automation. That is its own step, which comes during setup. Connect your Instagram account
Connecting Instagram is the step that lets your Cloziq AI sales agent read and reply to your DMs and comments. It is the one thing that makes everything else work, so it is worth doing first. Each connected account is called a channel. Before you start You need an Instagram professional account, which is Instagram's term for Business and Creator accounts alike. If your account is currently a Personal account, switch it in the Instagram app first; Cloziq cannot connect a personal account, and it will tell you if yours needs converting. If you are choosing between the two professional types, Business is the safer pick. For the full details and the reason behind it, see What kind of Instagram account you need. Connect your Instagram [SCREENSHOT: the Connect step showing the "Connect to Instagram" button] 1. On the Connect screen (it shows during setup, and you can also reach it later from Manage Workspace), click Connect to Instagram. 2. A Meta login window opens. Log in to the Instagram account you want to use and approve the permissions Cloziq asks for. 3. When it finishes, you are sent back to your dashboard with a confirmation that your channel is connected. That is all you need to start running conversations on Instagram. A small convenience on your first connection: Cloziq borrows that account's profile picture for your account photo and your business logo, so your download pages and delivery emails look like you from day one instead of showing a placeholder. It only ever does this once, and anything you set yourself in Settings always wins. Change either in Settings → Profile or Settings → Business Identity. What you're approving The permissions you grant let Cloziq do exactly three things on your behalf: read and reply to your DMs, read and reply to comments on your posts, and read your basic account insights. It cannot post to your feed, create stories, or change your profile. For more, see How Cloziq connects to Instagram. If it doesn't connect The most common reason a connection fails is that the account is still a personal account, or a permission was skipped during the Meta login. Switch to a professional account if needed, and approve every permission when you try again. The full troubleshooter is in Why isn't my Instagram account connecting?. Tips - One Cloziq workspace can hold more than one channel. You can add other Instagram accounts later from Manage Workspace. See Connect and switch between Instagram accounts. - If a connection ever drops, you reconnect from the same place, and your agents, offers, and contacts stay exactly as they were. Complete your onboarding
Right after you sign up, Cloziq walks you through a short setup. It is four quick steps, and you can stop and come back later. Cloziq remembers where you left off and drops you back at the right step. The four steps [SCREENSHOT: the onboarding progress with the four steps Goals, Connect, Profile, Plan] 1. Goals Tell Cloziq what you want to get out of it, under What are your goals? Pick any that apply: Book Calls from DMs (Replace Setter), Automatically Qualify Inbound Leads, Close Sales Directly in DMs, or Capture and Organize Lead Data. Below that, How many leads do you get per month? with bands running from 0-100 up through 5,000+. Both are required. You need at least one goal and a lead volume before you can continue, so this is not a step to click past. 2. Connect Link your Instagram account. This is the important one, and you need at least one account connected to continue. If you plan to run ad-based automations, you can also connect Facebook here. For the full details, see Connect your Instagram account. 3. Profile Add your name and tell us what you do (for example, fitness coach, nutrition coach, creator, consultant, or something else you type in). There is an optional phone number field here too, with a country-code picker and a short note underneath explaining what texting you would mean; you can leave it blank and add it later in Settings → Profile. Cloziq picks up your timezone automatically, so your scheduling and reporting line up with your day. 4. Start your free trial Choose a plan and start your free trial. Plans mainly differ by how many sales conversations and sales agents you get. Initiatives are unlimited on every plan. Most people never bump into the limits, and if you have higher volume or special needs, there is a custom option. You can dig into the details later in Cloziq plans explained. After setup Once you finish, you land in your dashboard, ready to build your first offer, agent, and initiative. Because your workspace is still empty, Done for You Setup opens once on its own. It builds a draft offer and a draft sales agent from your own web pages in a couple of minutes, and it is the fastest way to get something real on the screen. Close it if you would rather build by hand; it stays available at the top of your Action Items. See Done for You Setup, or The 15-minute first launch for the manual path. Tips - Setup is resumable. If you close the tab at the Profile step, you come back to the Profile step. - The progress bar counts the first three steps, so it reads as three even though picking a plan follows. - Goals and connecting an account both have to be done. Only the phone number on the Profile step is genuinely optional. Related articles - The 15-minute first launch - Done for You Setup - Connect your Instagram account - Cloziq plans explained
Done for You Setup
Building your first offer and sales agent by hand takes about fifteen minutes. Done for You Setup does the first draft of both for you, from pages you already have, in about two minutes. It reads your sales pages, works out what you sell and who for, then writes an offer and an agent built around it. You review both and publish when you are happy. Where to find it It sits at the top of your Action Items on the dashboard, as a dark card titled Done for You Setup. Click Start Setup. If your workspace has no live offer and no published agent, it also opens by itself the first time you land on the dashboard in a session. Close it and nothing is lost; the card stays where it is. There is a shorter version too. On the Offers page, the create menu has Auto Create, which runs the same generation for an offer only and drops you into the offer wizard with everything filled in. What it asks for Two steps. 1. Business. Where should Cloziq read about what you sell? - Page links, one to three of them. Sales pages and offer pages work far better than a homepage, because they already contain the promise, the audience, and the price. - Documents, up to three, as PDF or Word files. Useful when the good material is in a proposal or a program outline rather than on the web. - Industry, in your own words. You can give it just links, just documents, or both. One thin source produces a thin draft, so give it the best page you have. 2. Agent Goal. What should your agent be working toward? - Book Calls, then whether calls should be booked through your connected Calendly or your own booking link. - Close Sales in DMs, then whether you are selling a digital product or a service, and whether checkout runs through Cloziq or your own page. Then click Submit. What you get back A progress screen walks through both phases, reading your pages and writing the offer, then designing the conversation and wiring up the agent. When it finishes you get a review screen showing what it built: the offer with its description, FAQ count and pricing, and the agent with its goal, its questions, and its rules. Both are drafts. Nothing is published, nothing is live, and no prospect can reach any of it until you say so. That is deliberate. Read them properly, fix the things only you would know, and publish when they sound like you. Underneath, a short Finish these to go live list points at whatever is still missing, with a button for each: connect Stripe, connect your calendar, open the offer, open the agent, create an initiative. If nothing is outstanding, it says so. Coming back to it Your review sticks around. The card on your dashboard changes to Review Setup so you can reopen what it built, and there is a Restart Setup option if you would rather run it again with better sources. Unlike the Classic Setup checklist, Done for You Setup never marks itself complete and never disappears. It is a tool, not a to-do item, so it is there whenever you launch something new. You get a few full runs a day. If you hit that, come back tomorrow or build the rest by hand. When it will not run - You already have as many sales agents as your plan allows. On a trial that is one, so if you have already built an agent, Cloziq tells you rather than generating one you cannot use. - Your plan is at its agent limit, in which case it points you at upgrading. Tips - Point it at the page you would send a real buyer to. A landing page with the offer, the audience and the price on it produces a much better draft than an About page. - Read the agent's questions before publishing. It writes sensible ones, but you know which question actually separates a good lead from a bad one in your world. - Prices, dates and product facts come from your offer, not from the generated text, so check the offer first and the agent second. - Running it again does not overwrite anything you have already published. The 15-minute first launch
You can go from a fresh account to a live, automated conversation in about 15 minutes. There are three things to create, in this order: an offer, a sales agent, and an initiative. Here is the whole path, using a fitness coach as the running example. The shortcut, if you want it Before you build anything by hand: Done for You Setup, at the top of your Action Items, writes drafts of the offer and the agent for you from your own sales pages in about two minutes. You still review and publish them, and you still create the initiative yourself, but it takes the blank page away. Doing it by hand teaches you where everything lives, which is worth something on your first one. Both paths end in the same place. See Done for You Setup. Before you start Make sure your Instagram is connected. If it is not, do that first in Connect your Instagram account. To follow along on your dashboard, open the Classic Setup item in your Action Items and click Open Checklist. The checklist shows each step with a time estimate and marks them complete as you go. It is just a shortcut for your first launch, though: everything it opens also lives in the sidebar (Offers, Sales Agents, Initiatives), and once you finish all three steps the checklist retires itself. The sidebar is the permanent home. Prefer to be shown around first? Right next to the checklist you will find three short guided tours, one each for offers, sales agents, and initiatives. Each one walks you through the real builder with narration, using a sample offer so you have something concrete to look at. Every row inside the checklist also has its own Take a Tour button, so you can watch the walkthrough for a step right before you do it. Take a tour first if you like learning by watching; the checklist will still be there. Step 1: Create an offer (about 8 minutes) Your offer is the thing you want people to buy or book. It gives your agent something concrete to sell. 1. Click Offers in the sidebar (or Create an Offer from the checklist). 2. Give your offer a name and price. For our coach, that might be "6-Week Shred Program." 3. Answer the FAQ questions honestly; they become your agent's product knowledge. 4. Set how it gets paid for and delivered. Full details live in Create an offer. Step 2: Build a sales agent (about 5 minutes) Your sales agent is the assistant that actually talks to people. You give it a personality and a goal, and it runs the conversation. 1. Click Sales Agents in the sidebar (or Create a Sales Agent from the checklist). Starting from a template is the fast way; it prefills everything. There are ten templates across five categories, so there is usually one close to what you sell. 2. Name your agent and pick a tone that sounds like you. 3. Point it at the offer you just made, and pick what a win looks like: booking a call or closing a sale. 4. Publish it. Full details live in Create your first Sales Agent. Step 3: Set up an initiative (about 2 minutes) Your initiative is the trigger that decides when your agent jumps in. This is what connects a comment or a DM to your agent. 1. Click Initiatives in the sidebar and hit Build Initiative (or Create an Initiative from the checklist). 2. Pick a trigger. A popular first one is "comment on a specific post," so anyone who comments on your shred reel gets a DM. 3. Write the opt-in message, connect it to your agent, and publish. Full details live in Build your first Initiative. You're live That is it. The next time someone comments on that post or sends the right DM, they get your opt-in message, tap the button, and your agent takes the conversation from there: qualifying them and guiding them toward your offer. New people show up in Contacts, and any sales show up in Earnings. The checklist marks itself done once you have one offer, one agent, and one initiative in place. A tour of your dashboard
Your dashboard is the home base you land on every time you log in. It gives you a quick read on how things are going and points you to your next move. Here is what each part is for. The sections Your profile card A snapshot of the connected account you are currently working in, with its follower count and bio, so you always know which channel you are looking at. Your results so far The summary row is your quick "is it working" view. One card shows your wins, and it follows what your agents are set up to do: Sales Closed for close-sale agents, Calls Booked for booking agents, and both side by side if you run a mix. Sales Closed counts sales that went through a Cloziq checkout, so anything you sold elsewhere will not appear there. The other card shows Time Saved, an estimate of the hours your agents handled for you. Hover the little info icon for exactly how it is calculated: booked calls count for about 10 minutes each and closed sales about 15, over the last 30 days, with a lifetime view too. Active initiatives A list of the initiatives currently live. Drafts and paused initiatives do not show here, so this view is only the automations actually running right now. Action items Your guided to-do list, in two groups. Setup holds two ways to get your first offer and agent built. At the top, Done for You Setup builds drafts of both from your own web pages in about two minutes. Below it, Classic Setup opens the do-it-yourself checklist. Done for You Setup never retires, since it is useful every time you launch something new; Classic Setup retires itself once you have an offer, an agent, and an initiative. Guided tours holds three short tours for offers, sales agents, and initiatives. Each walks you through the real builder with narration. Once you have taken one, its button changes to Retake Tour. You can also archive items you have handled, and archived ones stay reachable. Account health Two live meters: your Sales Conversations used against your plan, and your Contact Capacity. These are the same numbers you will find in Settings → Billing, so nothing here will ever disagree with your bill. Finding everything else The sidebar on the left is how you move around the rest of Cloziq. It is grouped so related things sit together: - Revenue Engine: Dashboard, Offers, Sales Agents, Initiatives - Pipeline: Contacts - Outcomes: Earnings - Systems: Settings, Help & Support If you ever connect more than one account, you switch between them from the workspace area in the sidebar. Where to go next If you have not launched yet, the fastest path is The 15-minute first launch. Finding your way around Cloziq
Everything in Cloziq is reachable from the sidebar on the left. It never changes and never goes away, so when in doubt, start there. Here is what every item does, and where to click for the things you will do most. The sidebar, top to bottom Revenue Engine - Dashboard: your home base. Results at a glance, active initiatives, your action items, and account health. - Offers: everything you sell. Create, edit, and publish offers here. - Sales Agents: your AI assistants. Build, test, publish, and manage agents here. - Initiatives: your automations. Create and manage the triggers that start conversations here. Pipeline - Contacts: your inbox of every prospect your agents have talked to, with statuses, filters, and each contact's full conversation. Outcomes - Earnings: your revenue. Every sale, your summary numbers, and your Stripe balance. Systems - Settings: your account, in five tabs: Profile, Business Identity, Notifications, Billing, and Integrations. - Help & Support: opens the support chat, where you can ask questions and reach our team. Also in the sidebar: your workspace area, where you switch between connected Instagram accounts and open Manage Workspace to connect, reconnect, or disconnect channels. Done for You Setup sits above them and does not retire, because it is useful every time you launch something new. The sidebar is the permanent way to everything, so directions in these guides always use it. Related articles - A tour of your dashboard - The 15-minute first launch - Glossary: key terms in Cloziq
Set your business identity
Your business identity is how Cloziq makes customer-facing pages, like your offer download page, look like your brand instead of ours. It is a few quick fields and it saves as you go. Before you start Have a square version of your logo handy. A simple 100 by 100 pixel image works well. Set it up 1. Open Settings from the sidebar, then go to the Business Identity tab. 2. Fill in the fields: - Business Name: what your customers should see. This one is required. - Support Email: the address where customers can reach you. Worth setting early, because it unlocks two things: you cannot turn on selling directly in DMs or Cloziq delivery for an offer without one. Your buyers need a way to reach a human, and this is it. - Business Logo: upload a square image (1:1). JPG or PNG, up to 800 KB. Around 100 by 100 pixels looks crisp. - Primary Color: used for headings, buttons, and key accents on your download page. - Secondary Color: used for backgrounds, highlights, and supporting accents. 3. Your changes save automatically a moment after you stop typing, so there is no separate save button to hunt for. The logo uploads as soon as you choose it. Tips - Colors use a standard hex code, like #C8F000. You can type the code or use the color picker. - If your logo will not upload, the two usual reasons are that it is not square or it is over 800 KB. Resize or crop it and try again. - Set this up before your first sale, so your checkout and download pages look like your brand from day one. Glossary: key terms in Cloziq
A quick reference for the words that come up most in Cloziq. Skim it once and the rest of the app reads a lot easier. Channel A connected social account, usually your Instagram. It is how Cloziq reads and replies to your messages. You can connect more than one channel to a single workspace. Workspace Your Cloziq account space, where your channels, agents, offers, and contacts all live. If you switch between connected accounts, you are switching the active channel inside your workspace. Sales Agent The AI assistant you design to handle conversations. You give it a personality, a goal, and a sales flow, and it talks to prospects for you. Offer The thing you sell or give away, like a program, a digital download, or a free guide. You attach an offer to an agent so it knows what to pitch, and the FAQs you write on it become the agent's product knowledge. Initiative An automation that decides when an agent jumps in. An initiative connects a trigger (like a comment or a DM) to an outcome, so the right conversation starts at the right moment. Initiatives are unlimited on every plan. Trigger The event that kicks off an initiative: someone commenting on a post, replying to a story, sending a DM with a certain keyword, or interacting with an ad. Classic Setup The do-it-yourself checklist on your dashboard: create an offer, build a sales agent, launch an initiative. It retires itself once all three exist. Done for You Setup The dashboard tool that writes a draft offer and a draft sales agent for you, from your own web pages and documents, in about two minutes. Everything it produces is a draft until you publish it. Opt-In Message The first DM a prospect receives after they trigger an initiative, with a single button under it. Tapping that button is the opt-in that lets the rest of the initiative reach them, and it is the moment a sales conversation actually starts. Not to be confused with the agent's own opening message below. Sales Flow The conversation you design for an agent: the agent's opening message, the qualification steps it asks, and the goal it works toward. Guardrails The rules that keep your agent on-brand: things it must never say, how it should carry itself, and when to walk away from a prospect. Direct Conversion An initiative that skips the agent and sends the prospect straight to your offer with a tracked link. Fast, simple, and measured. Contact A person who has entered one of your conversations. Every contact shows up in your Contacts inbox with their history and where they are in your pipeline. Lead status Where a contact sits in your sales process, like Active Conversation, Qualified, Call Booked, or Customer. Cloziq updates it automatically as the conversation moves along. The full list is in Understanding lead statuses. Needs Human Intervention The lead status that means your agent stepped back and is waiting for you. It is the first thing to check each day. Sales Conversation A real conversation between one of your agents and a prospect. Your plan includes a set number of these each month, and they are only counted when a conversation actually starts. See What counts as a Sales Conversation. Test Agent The practice chat where you talk to your own agent before it goes live. Free, unlimited by your plan, and invisible to your real metrics. Earnings The sales your agents bring in, tracked in the Earnings section so you can see revenue by agent, initiative, or offer.
