Do I need a website?
No. Everything happens in your Instagram DMs. If you sell digital products, Cloziq even delivers them and handles the payment for you.
Do I have to be online for it to work?
No. Your agents run automatically, day and night. You only step in when you want to, or when an agent flags a conversation for you.
Can Cloziq set it up for me?
Mostly, yes. Done for You Setup on your dashboard reads your own sales pages and writes a draft offer and a draft sales agent for you in a couple of minutes. You review both and publish when you are happy; nothing goes live on its own. See Done for You Setup.
How long does it take to set up?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You start with a free trial when you choose a plan during setup, and when it ends your plan begins on the card you chose. Nothing is deleted, and you can cancel before then if you would rather not continue. See Cloziq plans explained and What happens when your trial ends.
Can I connect more than one Instagram account?
Yes. You can connect several accounts to one workspace and switch between them. See Connect and switch between Instagram accounts.
Can I take over a conversation myself?
Any time. If you reply to a prospect yourself, your agent steps back so you can handle it. Agents also flag conversations that need a human. See Stepping in: taking over from your agent.
Is my Instagram login safe?
Yes. You connect through Instagram's official login, so you never share your password with Cloziq, and you can disconnect any time. See How Cloziq connects to Instagram.
What's the difference between an agent and an initiative?
An agent is the assistant that talks to people. An initiative decides when an agent jumps in, based on a trigger like a comment or a DM. You need both: the agent to hold the conversation, and the initiative to start it.
How do I get paid?
