When someone buys a digital offer that you deliver through Cloziq, they get a personal download page. It is worth knowing what they see, so you can picture the full experience and support buyers if they ask.
The download page
After paying, the buyer lands on a page branded with your logo, business name, and colors. On it they see:
- An order reference and a short summary of what they bought.
- Their files, each with its own download button, plus a Download All option.
- If you set a download limit, a small meter showing how many downloads they have used and how many remain.
They can come back to it
The buyer gets the link two ways: by email, sent to the address collected at checkout, and in the DMs when Instagram's messaging window allows. The page reminds them they can return any time, so "I lost the file" usually just means "search your inbox."
When something goes wrong
The page handles the common bumps gracefully. If a download limit has been reached, a link has expired, or an offer is no longer available, the buyer sees a clear message pointing them to contact you, using the support email from your business identity. And if a buyer complains in the DMs that their purchase never arrived or will not open, your agent does not try to troubleshoot; it flags the conversation for you immediately, because a paying customer with a problem deserves a human.
Tips
- Set your business identity before you sell, so this page looks like your brand from the first sale. See Set your business identity.
- If a buyer says they cannot download, first check whether they hit a download limit you set. That is the most common cause, and the easiest to fix.
