Cloziq can let you know when something needs your attention, so you do not have to keep the app open all day. You control exactly what you hear about on the Notifications tab in Settings.
What you can be notified about

Notifications are grouped into three sections:
- Conversion Events: when a sale completes or a call gets booked. The good news, delivered.
- Needs Human Intervention: when an agent flags a contact for you to handle. If you only keep one on push, keep this one; someone is actively waiting on you.
- Limits & Usage: contact storage capacity alerts, sales conversation limit alerts, and failed lead forwarding to tools like Zapier.
Email and push
Each category has two switches: Email and Push Notification. Turn on whichever you want for each; your choices save as you toggle them.
- Email goes to your account email.
- Push Notification pops up on your device, even when Cloziq is not open.
- The in-app inbox is always on. The bell in the top bar collects everything regardless of your toggles, with an Activity tab for conversions and human-intervention events and an Alerts tab for the rest. The switches only control what leaves the app.
A few alerts you cannot turn off (on purpose)
Some things are too important to let a toggle silence. These bypass your settings entirely and are not listed on the Notifications tab.
- Agent rule alerts. If Cloziq notices one of your agent's guardrail rules keeps misfiring on a live agent, it sends you the rule, how often it is firing, and an example, so you can reword it. At most once per agent per week. A misconfigured rule quietly degrading your agent is exactly the thing you would want to know about, even with everything else off.
- A channel disconnecting. If an Instagram connection drops, your agents on that account stop working, so you get a push notification and an email regardless of your settings. See My Instagram disconnected.
- Account and service messages from us, when something genuinely needs your attention.
Turning on push
The first time you switch on a Push Notification, your browser asks for permission to send notifications. Approve it, and you are set.
On an iPhone, push works only once you have installed Cloziq to your home screen. If you turn on push on an iPhone without installing first, Cloziq tells you so. See Install Cloziq on your phone.
Once push is on and permission is granted, use Send test notification on the same tab. It sends a real push to the device you are on, so you can confirm it arrives rather than finding out the hard way during a busy day. You will get one titled "Test notification", and the button rests for a minute before you can send another.
Tips
- A good starting point is push for Needs Human Intervention and Conversion Events, so you hear about the moments that matter most.
- Notification links take you straight to the relevant contact or agent, so acting on one is a single tap.
- Not getting them? See Notifications aren't working.
