You can disconnect an integration any time from Settings under Integrations. Each one behaves a little differently, so here is what to expect.
Disconnecting Stripe
In the Payment Providers section, click Disconnect. Cloziq confirms with a quick message once it is done.
Without Stripe connected, your agents cannot take payments in DMs and your earnings will not update, so only disconnect it if you really mean to.
Disconnecting Calendly
In the Calendar Booking section, click Disconnect. Because Calendly powers your Book Call agents, Cloziq shows you the impact before you confirm: it will unpublish agents that rely on Calendly for booking and pause the initiatives that use them. Ongoing conversations finish.
Confirm with Disconnect Calendly. You can reconnect later, or switch those agents to another booking method to bring them back live.
Removing a Meta Conversions API connection
In the Third-Party Services section, open Meta Conversions API. Each connection has two options.
Pause stops sending events but keeps the whole setup, including your dataset, channels, and event choices. Use this when you want to stop reporting for a while. Resume turns it back on.
Delete removes the connection entirely and stops sending events for the channels it covered. Your dataset in Meta Events Manager is not affected, so nothing is lost on Meta's side.
Removing an AI assistant
An AI assistant connection is removed from the assistant's own settings, not from Cloziq. Delete the connection there and its access ends immediately. Anything it already built for you stays in your workspace. See Connect an AI assistant to your workspace.
Tips
- Disconnecting is reversible. You can reconnect any of these whenever you want.
- If you only need to refresh a connection rather than remove it, look for Reconnect instead.
- For Meta Conversions API, reach for Pause before Delete. It is the one that lets you pick up exactly where you left off.
