Cloziq Support

Creating an offer walks you through a short wizard. You pick a type, then fill in five steps. You can do it all by hand, or let Cloziq import the details from an existing product page.

Start a new offer

  1. Go to Offers in the sidebar and add a new offer.
  2. Choose the type: Digital Product (courses, templates, downloads, or memberships) or Service (coaching, consulting, calls, and other services you provide).
  3. Choose how to start:
    • Manually: fill everything in yourself.
    • Import from URL: paste a product page link and let Cloziq prefill the details. See Import an offer from a URL.

The five steps

  1. Basic Information: the offer's name and description (these are internal, to keep you organized), plus promotional images your agent can share in the DMs. Images up to 800KB each.
  2. Pricing: how much it costs and how the payment is structured. See Pricing your offer.
  3. FAQs: the key buyer questions, which also teach your agent. See Adding FAQs and context to your offer.
  4. Additional Context: extra background that helps your agent handle deeper questions.
  5. Payment & Delivery: how you get paid and how the buyer receives the product. See Delivery and getting paid.

Move forward and back freely with Back and Next; each step checks itself as you go. Nothing goes live until you publish.

Your work saves itself

While your offer is a draft, the wizard autosaves as you type. You will see a small Saving... / Saved indicator do its thing. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, and your draft is right where you left it. Use Save as Draft any time you want to step away deliberately.

Finish up

On the last step, Publish replaces Next. Cloziq runs a final check, and if something needs attention it tells you exactly what and jumps you to the step that needs fixing. Once published, the offer becomes Active and is ready to attach to an agent and an initiative.

One thing to know for later: once an offer is in use by agents or initiatives, saving edits publishes a new version and updates everything connected to it. Cloziq reminds you before it does.

Tips

  • If you already have a sales page for this product, importing from its URL is the fastest way to start.
  • Spend real time on the FAQs and Additional Context. That is what your agent leans on when a buyer asks something tricky.
