Getting into Cloziq takes about a minute. There is one screen for both signing up and signing in, titled Login or Sign Up, so the steps are the same whether this is your first time or your hundredth.
Before you start
You just need an email address you can check, or a Google account you want to log in with.
Sign up or log in
- Go to the Cloziq login page.
- Choose how you want to continue:
- Email: type your email and click Continue with email. Cloziq sends a verification code to your inbox. Enter that code on the next screen to finish.
- Google: click Continue with Google and choose your Google account.
- If you are brand new, Cloziq takes you straight into a short setup so you can get your first conversation running. If you are returning, you land back in your dashboard.
What to expect after you sign in
A new account goes into onboarding, a quick four-step setup that gets you connected and ready: your goals, connecting Instagram, your profile, and picking a plan. The progress bar counts the first three. See Complete your onboarding. A returning account goes straight to the dashboard.
If your code doesn't arrive
The email code usually lands within a minute. If it does not:
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure you typed the email correctly, then request a new code.
- If you use Google for this email, try Continue with Google instead.
Tips
- The same screen handles new and existing accounts, so there is no separate "sign up" link to hunt for. Use the same method each time and you will always land in the right place.
- Signing in is separate from connecting your Instagram for DM automation. That is its own step, which comes during setup.
