As you build, Cloziq shows a live preview, and when you are ready you publish. You can pause, resume, and edit any time after that.

Preview

The phone preview beside the builder updates as you type. Switch between the post, comments, DM, and story views to see exactly how things will look, using your connected account's name and avatar. What you see in the DM view is what actually sends, so trust it.

Publish

When everything looks right, give your initiative a name and click Publish. Cloziq checks that the required pieces are in place and tells you in plain sentences what is missing, for example "Add an opt-in message", "Add a button label", "Set a delay between 5 seconds and 14 minutes 59 seconds", or "Choose a conversion method". Once it is live, the next person who matches your trigger enters the flow.

Publishing can also be refused because another active initiative is already watching for the same people. That message names the other initiative and the overlap. See Why Cloziq blocked this activation.

Remember that drafts only save when you click Save; there is no autosave in the initiative builder. On a live initiative the Save button is not there at all, so use Pause & Edit below.

Editing a live initiative

Open a live initiative and most sections show a small lock. Click Edit on a locked section and Cloziq offers Pause & Edit: the initiative pauses while you work, and you republish when done. A few light settings can be changed in place without pausing. Conversations already in progress are never affected by an edit; changes apply to new ones.

Pause and resume

From an initiative's row menu you can:

  • Pause an active initiative to stop it from starting new conversations.
  • Resume a paused one to turn it back on.
  • Duplicate one as a starting point for a variation.

Pausing never touches conversations already underway; it only stops new ones from starting.

Resuming a Comment on Next Post or Reel initiative asks you to confirm first, because pausing resets which post it is waiting for. It asks either "Resume on the post it already started?" or "Resume and wait for your next post?", and the second one warns that anything you published while it was paused is skipped. See Choosing a trigger.

When Cloziq pauses one for you

Sometimes Cloziq pauses an initiative on your behalf. It shows the same Paused badge as a manual pause, but hovering the info icon tells you exactly why:

  • "Paused: Agent unpublished"
  • "Paused automatically when the linked offer was archived."
  • "Paused: Channel disconnected"
  • "Paused: Sales conversation limit reached"

Fix the cause, then resume it from the row menu.

For the first one you often do not have to. When you publish that agent again, Cloziq offers to switch its paused initiatives back on for you as part of publishing. See Publish, pause, and edit agents.

Tips

  • After publishing, trigger it yourself once from another account if you can. Thirty seconds of testing beats a day of wondering.
  • If Cloziq paused an initiative for you, read the reason on the badge first. Resuming without fixing the cause just pauses it again.
