Everything about your plan lives on the Billing tab in Settings. From there you can see exactly where you stand and make any change you need.

See your current plan

Open Settings, then the Billing tab. The Current Subscription section shows your plan, when it renews, and what it includes, like your contact and sales-conversation limits and how many agents you get.

The price shown here is the price you are actually billed, not the list price. If you came in on a launch rate, a discount, or a custom arrangement, this reflects that, so it can differ from what the plan costs a new customer today.

A small badge tells you the state of your plan at a glance:

  • Trial means you are on your free trial, and it shows when your paid subscription begins.
  • Canceling means you have scheduled a cancellation, and it shows the date access ends.

If you do not have a plan yet, this section shows Choose a plan instead, which takes you to plan selection.

Upgrading from your trial early

On trial and ready to go all in? Click Upgrade now, either on the Billing tab or right from the trial card in the sidebar. Cloziq confirms first, spelling out the plan you are moving to and exactly what you will be charged today, then bills monthly from there. It ends the trial on the spot and unlocks your plan's full limits immediately. If the charge does not go through for some reason, nothing changes: you simply stay on your trial. This is also what unlocks overages, which are not available during the trial.

If a discount was scheduled to apply to your subscription, upgrading early keeps it. You are not giving anything up by not waiting for the trial to run out. See What happens when your trial ends.

Change or cancel your plan

To upgrade tiers, downgrade, update your card, or cancel, click Manage Subscription. This opens your secure billing portal, run by our payments provider, Dodo Payments, where all billing changes happen.

  • Upgrades take effect right away, so you get your higher limits immediately.
  • Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel, you keep full access until then, and your plan simply does not renew.

Where your invoices and card live

Your payment method, billing history, and invoices all live in the billing portal. Reach them any time through Manage Subscription. Cloziq does not store your card details itself; your payments provider handles that securely.

If a payment ever fails

If your card is declined at signup or renewal, do not worry about getting stuck: fix the card or pick a plan again, and checkout picks up cleanly. If anything ever looks wedged, reach out from the chat in your dashboard and we will straighten it out.

Tips

  • If you are regularly close to your limits, compare the next tier here before reaching for overages. Upgrading is often the better value. See Reaching your limit and overages.
  • Cancelling does not delete your account or data. It just stops the plan from renewing.
