Payouts and getting paid
When you sell offers directly through Cloziq, the money runs through Stripe, which is also how it reaches your bank. The Earnings page shows you where that money stands. The payment provider card If Stripe is connected, you see a Payment Provider card with your balances: - Available: money that is ready to pay out. - Processing: money still settling, usually a day or two. Balances are shown in your Stripe account's own currency, so what you see here matches what Stripe will actually pay out. The card also shows which account and bank the payouts go to, with a Manage button that opens your Stripe dashboard, where the actual payout schedule and bank details live. If Stripe isn't connected If you have not connected Stripe yet, this card prompts you to Connect Stripe instead. You will need it connected to sell directly in DMs and to track earnings. See Connect Stripe to get paid for offers. Tips - Payout timing and bank details are handled in Stripe, not Cloziq. Use the Manage button to get there. - These balances only cover sales made through Cloziq checkout. If you send buyers to your own external checkout, that money lives in that system, not here. Earnings & AnalyticsThe Earnings page
The Earnings page is where you see the money your agents bring in. It opens with a quick summary, then lists every sale underneath. The summary cards Four cards give you the headline numbers for the last 30 days: - Revenue: your confirmed earnings from sales through Cloziq checkout, after any partial refunds. - Sales: how many confirmed sales you made. - Close Rate: confirmed sales as a share of every sales agent conversation that reached an ending in the window, whether it sold or not. It is an honest read on how often a real conversation becomes a sale, so expect a realistic number rather than a flattering one. - Refunds: how many sales were fully refunded. These cards always cover a rolling 30-day window, no matter how you filter the table below. The sales list Below the cards is a record of your sales, one row per sale. You can sort it, page through it, and filter it down. See Tracking your sales for what each row shows, and Filtering your earnings to narrow it. Tips - The summary cards and the sales table are independent. The cards are always the last 30 days; the table follows your filters. - A low close rate is a nudge to revisit your agent's flow or your offer, not just your traffic. Billing & PlansBilling FAQs
What's actually limited on a plan? Mostly two things: how many sales conversations you get per cycle, and how many sales agents you can run. Initiatives are unlimited on every plan. Contact storage has its own capacity too. What counts as a sales conversation? A conversation is counted only when a prospect actually starts talking with your agent, like tapping the opt-in button in your opt-in message. Untapped opt-in messages, repeat triggers, Test Agent chats, and direct link sends are all free. The full rules are in What counts as a Sales Conversation. How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel? From Settings, open the Billing tab and click Manage Subscription. That opens your billing portal, where you can change or cancel your plan. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Can I end my trial early and start my paid plan? Yes. Click Upgrade now on the Billing tab. Your paid plan starts immediately with full limits unlocked. If the charge fails, you just stay on your trial; nothing breaks. What happens if I run out of sales conversations? You get a notification, your initiatives auto-pause, and new conversations stop starting; anything already in progress finishes normally. With overages turned on, you keep going past your limit at a per-conversation rate, up to a monthly cap you set. See Reaching your limit and overages. Who handles payments? Billing is handled securely by our payments provider, Dodo Payments. You reach it through Manage Subscription on the Billing tab. Cloziq never stores your card. My card was declined during signup. Am I stuck? No. Fix the card or pick a plan again and checkout picks up cleanly. If anything looks stuck, message us from the dashboard chat. Is there a free trial? Yes. You start on a free trial when you choose a plan during setup, with starter limits, and can upgrade any time. What happens when my trial ends? Cloziq charges the card you chose at signup and your plan starts, with full limits unlocked. Nothing is deleted and nothing lapses. Cancel before the end date if you would rather not continue. See What happens when your trial ends. I need more volume than the plans offer There is a custom option for higher volume or special needs. Reach out from the chat in your dashboard and we will work something out. Earnings & AnalyticsTracking your sales
The sales table is the detailed record behind your revenue. Each row is one sale, with everything you need to see where it came from and where the payment stands. What each row shows - Buyer: who bought, with a link straight to their contact profile so you can see the full conversation that led to the sale. - Offer: what they bought, and its type. - Initiative: the initiative that brought them in, if any. - Sales Agent: the agent that handled the sale, if any. - Amount: how much the sale was for. - Transaction Date: when it happened. - Status: where the payment stands. What the statuses mean - Completed: the payment went through and counts toward your revenue. - Pending: the payment has not finished settling yet. Some payment methods take a little while to clear; the sale is only confirmed once the money actually lands. - Refunded: the sale was fully refunded, so it no longer counts toward revenue. - Partially refunded: part of the payment was returned. The remaining amount still counts toward your revenue. - Failed: the payment did not go through. Completed, Pending and Refunded each have their own colour. Partially refunded and Failed share the plain grey styling, so read the label rather than the colour on those two. Find what you need You can sort the table by date, amount, buyer, and offer, and page through it in chunks rather than scrolling endlessly. To zero in on a specific agent, campaign, or time period, use the filters above the table. See Filtering your earnings. Tips - Click a buyer to jump to their full contact profile and the DM conversation behind the sale. It is the fastest way to understand what actually closed the deal. - The Initiative and Sales Agent columns are the quickest way to see which campaigns and which agents are really driving sales, so you know what to do more of. Initiatives (DM Automations)Initiative FAQs and tips
How many initiatives can I run? As many as you want. Initiatives are unlimited on every plan, so there is no cap on how many you build or run at once. Why didn't my comment automation start a conversation? For comment, story, and ad triggers, the prospect has to tap the opt-in button in the opt-in message before the sales conversation starts. If they only commented, or they replied in text without tapping, the conversation has not begun yet; their messages are kept, and the button keeps working whenever they get around to tapping it. Make sure your button text invites the tap, and turn on the public comment auto-reply so people know to check their DMs. My opt-in message has no button when I look on my computer. Is it broken? No. Instagram's desktop website simply does not display DM buttons; phones and the Instagram apps show them normally. Check from a phone before assuming anything is wrong. What if someone triggers the same initiative twice? No harm done. The opt-in message goes out again, and every opt-in button in the thread stays live, so whichever one they tap works. They will not be double-counted, and an opt-in message that was never tapped never counts against your plan. Do I need a sales agent for every initiative? No. You can use a Direct Conversion to send people straight to your offer with a tracked link, no agent involved. Use a Sales Agent when the conversation needs real qualifying or back-and-forth. My initiative says Paused but I didn't pause it Cloziq paused it for you. Hover the info icon on the badge and it tells you why: the agent was unpublished, the linked offer was archived, the channel was disconnected, or you reached your plan's conversation limit. Fix the cause and resume it from the row menu. If the cause was an unpublished agent, publishing that agent again offers to turn its paused initiatives back on for you, so you usually do not have to resume them one by one. Why do my metrics say "Pick a version to see these metrics"? Because the initiative was set up differently over the period you are viewing, so combining the numbers would compare two different things (booked calls against closed sales, for instance). Choose a single version from the menu or narrow the date range. If you are planning to switch between Close Sales, Book Calls, and Direct Conversion, it is cleaner to build a fresh initiative so each keeps its own metrics. Can I change an initiative after it is live? Yes. Open it and use Pause & Edit on the section you want to change, then republish. Conversations already in progress are unaffected; changes apply to new ones. The metrics page lets you compare versions so you can see whether a change helped. What do I need for ad triggers? A read-only Facebook Ads connection, which Cloziq prompts you to set up the first time you choose an ad trigger. See Using ad triggers. Someone saw my ad days ago and messaged me. Why didn't my ad initiative fire? Instagram only tells Cloziq which ad a person came from for about a day after they open the chat. After that the link is gone, so a Reply to Ad trigger has nothing to match on. Turn on Also trigger on these keywords without the ad in the trigger step and a DM matching your keywords starts the flow anyway. Keep those keywords specific to the ad, or everyday DMs will start it too. See Using ad triggers. Tips - Try "Comment on Next Post or Reel" so your automation is armed before a launch post goes live. It claims one post, the first you publish after activating, so turn it on close to when you post. - If conversions are low, open the metrics and look for the funnel stage with the lowest progression first. - Keep keywords distinct across initiatives. Cloziq will refuse to activate two that compete, and the overlap check counts one keyword inside another, so "plan" and "planning" collide. See Why Cloziq blocked this activation. Earnings & AnalyticsFiltering your earnings
When you want to see the sales behind a specific agent, campaign, or product, the filter bar on the Earnings page narrows the table to exactly that. It is how you answer real questions about what is working. What you can filter by - Buyer: search by buyer name. - Offer: show sales for specific offers. - Initiatives: show sales that came through specific initiatives. - Agents: show sales handled by specific agents. - Channels: show sales from specific connected accounts. - Date range: focus on a window like this week, this month, or a custom span. Combine as many as you like. For example, set an agent plus an initiative plus last month to answer "how much did this agent close from this campaign in May." Questions filters answer fast - Which offer actually sells? Filter by offer and compare. - Is this new initiative paying off? Filter to it and check the last 30 days. - Which agent closes the most? Filter by agent, one at a time. Good to know - The filters apply to the sales table only. The four summary cards at the top always show the last 30 days, no matter how you filter below. So the cards and the table will often show different totals on purpose. - Your filters stick as you move around, so you do not have to set them up again each visit. Tips - Filtering by offer is the quickest gut-check on which products are worth promoting more. Related articles - Tracking your sales - The Earnings page - Understanding your dashboard metrics
