Your business identity is how Cloziq makes customer-facing pages, like your offer download page, look like your brand instead of ours. It is a few quick fields and it saves as you go.

## Before you start

Have a square version of your logo handy. A simple 100 by 100 pixel image works well.

## Set it up

1. Open **Settings** from the sidebar, then go to the **Business Identity** tab.
2. Fill in the fields:
   - **Business Name:** what your customers should see. This one is required.
   - **Support Email:** the address where customers can reach you. Worth setting early, because it unlocks two things: you cannot turn on **selling directly in DMs** or **Cloziq delivery** for an offer without one. Your buyers need a way to reach a human, and this is it.
   - **Business Logo:** upload a **square** image (1:1). JPG or PNG, up to 800 KB. Around 100 by 100 pixels looks crisp.
   - **Primary Color:** used for headings, buttons, and key accents on your download page.
   - **Secondary Color:** used for backgrounds, highlights, and supporting accents.
3. Your changes save automatically a moment after you stop typing, so there is no separate save button to hunt for. The logo uploads as soon as you choose it.

## Tips

- Colors use a standard hex code, like #C8F000. You can type the code or use the color picker.
- If your logo will not upload, the two usual reasons are that it is not square or it is over 800 KB. Resize or crop it and try again.
- Set this up before your first sale, so your checkout and download pages look like your brand from day one.
