When you sell offers directly through Cloziq, the money runs through **Stripe**, which is also how it reaches your bank. The Earnings page shows you where that money stands.

## The payment provider card

If Stripe is connected, you see a **Payment Provider** card with your balances:

- **Available:** money that is ready to pay out.
- **Processing:** money still settling, usually a day or two.

Balances are shown in your Stripe account's own currency, so what you see here matches what Stripe will actually pay out.

The card also shows which account and bank the payouts go to, with a **Manage** button that opens your Stripe dashboard, where the actual payout schedule and bank details live.

## If Stripe isn't connected

If you have not connected Stripe yet, this card prompts you to **Connect Stripe** instead. You will need it connected to sell directly in DMs and to track earnings. See **Connect Stripe to get paid for offers**.

## Tips

- Payout timing and bank details are handled in Stripe, not Cloziq. Use the **Manage** button to get there.
- These balances only cover sales made through Cloziq checkout. If you send buyers to your own external checkout, that money lives in that system, not here.
