**Manage Workspace** is the hub for your connected accounts and your business branding. You reach it from the workspace area in the sidebar. It is worth knowing what lives here versus in the rest of Settings, so you always head to the right place.

## What's in here

- **Business Identity:** a shortcut to your branding settings, where you set your business name, logo, and brand colors. See **Set your business identity**.
- **Connected Channels:** every Instagram account connected to this workspace, each showing whether it is active.
- **Add Channel:** connect another account to the workspace.

From the channel list you can also act on any account:

- **Reconnect** an account whose connection dropped, to bring it back without losing your setup.
- **Disconnect** an account you no longer want Cloziq working with.

## Where your other settings live

Manage Workspace is specifically about your channels and a quick link to branding. Everything else has its own home in Settings:

- Your **personal details** (name, timezone, photo) live on the **Profile** tab. See **Editing your profile and timezone**.
- Your **plan and usage** live on the **Billing** tab.
- Your **notification preferences** live on the **Notifications** tab.

## Tips

- If a channel shows as inactive, it usually just needs reconnecting. Open it here and click **Reconnect**.
- Switching which account you are working in is also done from the workspace area in the sidebar, not from a setting. See **Connect and switch between Instagram accounts**.
