Cloziq runs in your browser, but you can install it to your phone's home screen so it opens like a normal app, full screen, with its own icon. On an iPhone, installing is also what makes push notifications work.

## Install on iPhone (Safari)

1. Open Cloziq in **Safari**.
2. Tap the **Share** button (the square with the arrow).
3. Scroll down and tap **Add to Home Screen**.
4. Confirm, and the Cloziq icon appears on your home screen.

Open Cloziq from that icon from now on. This is required for push notifications on iPhone.

## Install on Android (Chrome)

1. Open Cloziq in **Chrome**.
2. Tap the menu (the three dots).
3. Tap **Install app** or **Add to Home screen**.
4. Confirm, and the icon is added.

## On a computer

In most desktop browsers, an **install** icon appears in the address bar when you are on Cloziq. Click it to install Cloziq as a desktop app.

## Tips

- After installing on iPhone, open Cloziq from the home-screen icon, then turn on push from the Notifications tab. See **Turning on notifications**.
- Installing does not create a separate account. It is the same Cloziq, just in an app-like window.
